For employees who prefer a hands-on approach, Dollar Tree makes it easy to check your work schedule directly in-store. Most stores have terminals or kiosks available where associates can access the Compass system, ensuring you can view your shifts even without a personal device. This is especially helpful for employees who need quick access during their breaks or before starting a shift.

To begin, locate the store’s scheduling terminal, usually found near the employee break room or administrative area. You’ll need your Employee ID and password to log in, the same credentials you use for Compass Mobile or desktop login. Enter your information carefully to access the system. If it’s your first time using the terminal, follow the on-screen prompts to set up your account or reset your default password if needed.

Once logged in, you’ll see your current schedule displayed clearly. The system shows each shift’s date, start time, end time, and any scheduled breaks. If you work in multiple departments or locations, the schedule will list shifts for each area separately. This helps avoid confusion and ensures you know exactly where you need to be each day.
